We’re excited to share that the Ontario Credit Union Foundation (OCUF) has welcomed two outstanding leaders to our Board of Directors: Aimee Wagner of YNCU and Rob Cefaratti of FirstOntario Credit Union.
Aimee Wagner is the Chief Retail and Commercial Officer at YNCU and brings over 25 years of experience in business, investment, and retail financial services. Known for her people-first approach and dedication to exceptional member service, Aimee’s leadership style emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and community impact. She’s also a passionate volunteer who believes in creating meaningful change both inside and outside the credit union system.
Rob Cefaratti serves as Senior Vice President, Alternative Investments at FirstOntario Credit Union, where he leads strategic initiatives in innovative investment solutions. With a career spanning more than three decades in financial services, Rob is a seasoned credit union leader and long-time community contributor through his work with local chambers, Rotary Clubs, and the United Way.
We’re thrilled to have Aimee and Rob join the OCUF Board. Their experience, insight, and passion for the credit union movement will help strengthen our mission to support youth education and community development across Ontario.
